Chores

We are trying to implement new stuff around here - Chores! The kids have their responsibilities and do them with reminders without a problem usually. I am wanting a way to keep up on and it and not have to tell them a million times. We are starting a chores system now. They are having to get up, get dressed, make beds and brush teeth every morning to earn a ticket. They can trade those tickets in for computer or TV time. Nighttime chores will be to pick up toys, brush teeth, take bath and prayers. This is based off a system our friend uses, the L family. It works for them.
Hopefully this will work for us too. I know it will if I remain consistent. Consistency and routine are hard when Daddy Piper's not working regularly. We are working on this!
