Pico

Pico is this yummy stuff that is like salsa but not blended together. I make it using equal amounts of onion, tomato, cilantro and 2-3 jalapenos and then lime juice and salt to taste. This tastes super yummy with Tostito chips and a Dos Equis beer to wash it down : -)
