Momentous Occasion

Today was a first in our household. We went to church together as a family! The kids had their Sunday school program and Daddy wanted to come with and see it with me. I didn't invite or pester - he volunteered to come along. It was amazing to have him experience it with us. The kids did great with their singing. L did try to make shadow puppets during the performance : -) J wasn't happy about being in the nursery but having Daddy Piper along helped when J wasn't too quiet during the service. The kids were all so happy to have us there. They were waving and smiling during the whole performance!!!

After church, we went out to brunch. It was nice to have a lunch out that was prepared by someone else!!
