40 pounds.....

We canned 40 pounds or so of oranges today. I am not a big fan of oranges but oh well. Everyone else enjoys them immensely. Canning things gets easier and easier with each time we do it. Daddy Piper helps so much when I do it. L& S even got in on the fun and helped peel the oranges. J helped by eating them almost as quickly as we peeled them :-) I did have one jar break in the boiling bath tonight. I hadn't had that happen before.
